1. Open the Flitpay app. A ‘KYC Verification Required Window’ will appear (If not found, you can also, visit the wallet page to complete your Re-KYC.) Click ‘Complete KYC’ to proceed with the re-verification.
2. Complete all the steps to re-verify your documents associated with Flitpay account.
a) Review your Basic Details.
b) Verify your Address and DOB details. The details should match the information on your Address proof.
b) Upload a picture of your PAN Card associated with the Flitpay account. The PAN card you are uploading should match the previously provided PAN card number.
c) Validate your Address proof (Aadhaar in this case).
To verify your Aadhar number through Digilocker:
- Input the 12-digit Aadhaar number linked to your Flitpay account and click ‘Continue.’
- You will be automatically directed to the DigiLocker website.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and PIN to validate your Digilocker account, and check the Aadhaar card box and click ‘Allow.'
Important: For a successful submission of your Address proof, immediately switch to Flitpay app after completing the Digilocker verification.
d) Upload a clear and focused Selfie.
3. After completing the above steps you are all set to go. Please be patient while Flitpay re-verifies your documents.
